COVID 19 Policies & Procedures

Timonium Location (Sunlight Natural Health):

  • Masks are no longer required in the waiting area at Sunlight Natural Health. Please contact me if you have any concerns.

  • Any client who has not been in since July 2020 will need to fill out a new client health information and consent form, as well as a COVID-19 Addendum, before their appointment. These will be available via my website, which will be linked in the appointment reminder 48 hours before your appointment. Please fill out the forms and email them back to me before you come in for your appointment.

  • When you arrive, please wait until your appointment time to enter the waiting room.

  • Hand sanitizer will be available in the massage room.

  • My no-show and cancellation policies still apply. To cancel or reschedule, please give me 24 hours notice. Of course, if you wake up feeling ill on the day of your appointment, these policies don’t apply! Stay home and take care of yourself!

  • Moving forward, scheduling your appointment online will require a credit card number to secure the appointment.

  • In office, I am able to take contactless payment via credit cards with that capability.

  • Don't worry if you don't have those capabilities, I still accept cash and checks!

Cancellation Policy

I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally. To be fair and effective to all clients, I honor the following policies:

  • 24 hour advance notice is REQUIRED when canceling an appointment. Clients who miss or cancel appointments less than 24 hours in advance will be charged 100% of the session price.

  • If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Regardless of the length of the treatment given, you will be responsible for the FULL session.
